HSM Motors Becomes Authorized Dealer for GAC Vehicles in Trinidad & Tobago

HSM Motors has officially become the authorized dealer for GAC vehicles in Trinidad & Tobago.

GAC is one of China's leading vehicle manufacturers and has built a strong reputation through years of research, development, and partnerships with major global brands, including Honda and Toyota. Drawing from this experience, the company offers a modern range of vehicles that combines quality and technology.

The local launch introduces both the Aion electric vehicle range and GAC's gasoline-powered SUV lineup. During the unveiling, guests had the opportunity to experience the vehicles up close and were impressed by their premium styling and feature-packed interiors. From the sleek exterior design to the modern cabins, each model aims to deliver comfort, convenience, and a refined driving experience.

Leading the gasoline lineup is the Emzoom, a compact and sporty SUV powered by a 1.5-litre engine producing 174 horsepower. Alongside it, is the larger Emkoo, an eye-catching SUV that offers additional practicality while producing 177 horsepower from its 1.5-litre engine.

The electric range includes the Aion V, which comes equipped with advanced technology, a built-in dual-function refrigerator, and a claimed driving range of up to 600km. The Aion UT is a compact hatchback offering a driving range of up to 500km, while the Aion ES sedan provides an estimated range of up to 442km.

HSM Motors is also backing the new lineup with an extensive manufacturer warranty of eight years / 160,000km bumper-to-bumper. The electric models also receive battery coverage of up to 200,000km.

With a focus on affordable and innovative mobility, it will be interesting to see how the GAC lineup is received by local consumers.
